With the exceptional growth of Harmony BYD, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to leads end‑to‑end talent acquisition for dealership operations, ensuring the right people are hired to drive sales, service, and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and HR to deliver a consistent pipeline of high‑quality candidates across sales, service, parts, and administration.
Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with dealership growth and market competitiveness.
- End‑to‑End Recruitment: Manage job ads, sourcing, prescreening, structured interviews, and final selection in partnership with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers.
- Leadership & Coaching: Train managers on interview techniques, workforce planning, and candidate engagement.
- Onboarding Excellence: Oversee seamless onboarding to accelerate productivity and retention.
- Operational Accountability: Track and report recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, retention rates, candidate satisfaction).
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to employment legislation and dealership policies.
- Employer Branding: Position the dealership as an employer of choice in a competitive automotive market.
Required Skills & Experience:
