The Deep Unwind is a premium wellness studio, a sanctuary for mind, body and spirit. We believe true well-being extends beyond the physical. We are a small, carefully curated team. We don't do unnecessary frills or distractions, just immersive, therapeutic bodywork deeply attuned to each individual.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Remedial or Sports Massage Therapist to join us on Fridays and Saturdays. This is more than a job, it's an opportunity to build your own loyal client base within an established, beautiful studio with a strong community and ongoing marketing support.
Saturdays at The Deep Unwind are in high demand, a real goldmine day for the right therapist willing to show up and build something meaningful.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Delivering high-quality remedial and sports massage treatments
Conducting thorough client assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
Working with clients experiencing injury, chronic pain, postural issues and stress
Building and nurturing a loyal client base with a genuine rebooking mindset
Maintaining an immaculate treatment room and upholding our studio standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Cert IV or Diploma in Remedial Massage (minimum)
2+ years of clinical remedial or sports massage experience
Current professional insurance and HLT registration
Private health fund provider status (preferred)
Strong assessment, treatment planning and clinical reasoning skills
Warm, professional, client-centred approach
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated — willing to build gradually and invest in the long term

OUR HIRING PROCESS
Initial applications are reviewed and shortlisted. Promising candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview first. Successful candidates will then be invited to the studio for a second-stage interview — which includes a 30-minute practical treatment session so we can experience your work firsthand.
