About us
At Resilient Life Care, we believe quality support starts with genuine relationships. We provide reliable, person-centred support that helps NDIS participants live independently, achieve their goals and feel at home in their community.
Our name reflects something we see every day: resilience. We see it in participants working towards their goals, in families supporting one another, and in the people who provide care and support. We're committed to creating an environment where every participant is treated with dignity, respect and genuine care.
About the role
We are looking for reliable and compassionate NDIS Support Workers to join our team at a brand-new 9-apartment SIL/SDA building in Chadstone.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service from the beginning. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, participate in the community and achieve their individual goals.
The building operates with a 24/7 concierge-style support model, so we're looking for Support Workers who are comfortable working across a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.
You'll work as part of a supportive team and have the opportunity to build genuine, long-term relationships with the residents you support.

- Identifying and reporting incidents, concerns and changes in participant wellbeing
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Working collaboratively with the House Manager and wider support team
