Our Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of project delivery, commercial operations, and systems administration within one of our core service lines.
Working closely with Project Managers, Service Leads and the Commercial Manager, you will help ensure project financials, billing, WIP, revenue and reporting are accurate and timely across our ERP and project management systems.
You'll support a mix of project-based, managing project setup, invoicing, financial data integrity, and cross-system administration. Over time, this role has become the key point of coordination for maintaining project data quality and resolving system issues, helping project teams focus on delivery while ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems and processes, and wants to play a meaningful role in supporting project and business performance.
About You
You are organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware, with experience in project support, project finance, project accounting or commercial operations within a project-based environment.
You are confident working across multiple systems and understand how project data, billing, WIP and financial administration contribute to broader business outcomes.
You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and proactively resolving issues before they impact project delivery or reporting. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to balance competing priorities are essential.
Experience with ERP systems, project management platforms, professional services will be highly regarded.
