Role Overview:
- Design freeze-drying systems and associated hardware;
- Specify, test, evaluate, and analyse components for production use;
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and engineering correspondence;
- Investigate design, production, and customer support issues through root cause analysis;
- Coordinate engineering and production activities between Australian and Chinese teams;
- Identify and implement cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives;
- Enhance operational efficiency and product performance;
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders; and
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of two years designing refrigeration and related accessory hardware
- Minimum of two years freeze drying refrigeration engineering experience
- Minimum of two years experience in supporting large and small scale freeze dryers
- Have completed a university degree in a related field
- Have precise communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstratable ability to build and maintain relationships
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Experience in NetSuite, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and SharePoint highly desirable

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
