HOKA is on the move, and we’re looking for a high-energy Store Manager to help bring our brand to life in our brand-new Birkenhead Point store. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to open, launch and shape a new HOKA store from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
As Store Leader you’ll work closely with your Area Manager, and take ownership of the store’s performance, people leadership, operational and delivering best-in-class customer experiences with HOKA brand from day one.
- Lead the successful launch and day-to-day operations of a brand-new store, delivering strong sales results and brand standards
- Oversee daily store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock levels, shrinkage and wage control
- Lead from the front to inspire your team and drive consistent high performance across all areas of the business
- Monitor performance metrics and take action to deliver weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage rosters and wage spend in line with business targets and GRIA compliance
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members through ongoing training and succession planning
- Champion a positive, inclusive store culture that drives engagement, accountability and high team morale
- Drive local community activations and partnerships with sporting events and health professionals
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S legislation and company policies at all times
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience opening or supporting new store launches (highly regarded)
- A strong “Make It Happen” mindset with a passion for leading from the front
- Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong operational capability across rostering, wage control, visual merchandising and stock management
- The ability to think strategically, solve problems and turn challenges into opportunities
- Experience building strong cross-functional relationships
