Description:
ELMO Software is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our Services team to deliver customer implementations.
You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend effective configurations and guide them through the implementation of ELMO solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships, manage delivery across multiple projects and help customers get the most value from their Payroll & Rostering Time and Attendance technology.
This role requires a strong background in Rostering Time and Attendance, exposure to or experience with payroll processes and systems will also be highly regarded.
What you’ll be doing
- Configure ELMO Payroll & Rostering Time and Attendance solutions in line with customer requirements, project timelines and delivery standards.
- Lead day-to-day customer engagement, stakeholder communication and implementation activities.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, keeping delivery on track and meeting customer deadlines.
- Apply your knowledge of payroll, and rostering, time and attendance to support practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Maintain clear implementation records and keep solution documentation up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve functionality, capability and the customer experience.
- Support the quality delivery of ELMO HR, Rostering Time and Attendance and related payroll solutions.
Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll bring
- Experience in an implementation, consulting or systems-focused role.
- Strong practical knowledge of Rostering and Time & Attendance, particularly Australian awards.
- Experience or understanding of payroll is desirable
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate customer needs into system configuration.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Experience working in HR technology, workforce management or a talent management environment will be advantageous.
