As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the centre while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.
You will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of dedicated educators
- Drive a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
- Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
- Manage centre occupancy, financial performance and workforce planning
- Support your team to achieve and maintain high-quality standards aligned with the National Quality Framework
- Champion child safety, wellbeing and educational excellence
We're looking for a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about early education and developing others.
You'll bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
- Strong operational, compliance and financial management skills
- Demonstrated success in building engagement, occupancy and team performance
- A current Working with Children Check
- A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators
