CBRE manages a multi-site retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors, and we're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Perth team. Based out of our CBD office, you'll support the Facilities Manager across a portfolio of retail assets in Perth's northern suburbs, getting hands-on experience across compliance, contractor coordination and centre operations.
Perfect for someone early in their FM career, or coming from a trades, building services or retail operations background, who is ready to make the move into property.
In this role, you will:
Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day compliance and contractor coordination across the portfolio
Assist with audits, incident reporting and preventative maintenance scheduling
Coordinate contractor access, approvals and follow-up across multiple sites
Liaise with tenants, contractors and the wider team on operational matters
Assist with budget tracking and client reporting as directed by the Facilities Manager
About You You're organised, reliable and keen to build a long-term career in Facilities Management. You might be coming from a trade or building services background, retail or hospitality operations, or an admin role in property, and you're ready to make the jump into FM with a team that will back you.
Some exposure to FM, property, building services or operations (in any form)
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a knack for following through
Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing competing priorities
A full driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites across Perth's north
