We are looking for an electrical site manager who has run commercial packages for a specialist electrical contractor rather than for a builder.
The employer is an award winning Australian electrical engineering and contracting business with a genuine design and construct capability, and a track record on some of the country's more significant projects. Permanent, full time, Brisbane based.
What the job actually is
- Site management of commercial electrical packages
- Running labour, subcontractors, programme and quality on your site
- Coordinating with the builder, the other trades and the in house design team
- Owning safety and compliance at the sharp end of the job
What you need
- Site management on commercial electrical packages, gained in Australia. This one matters and you will be asked about it early.
- A background with a genuine electrical trade contractor rather than a general commercial builder. This is the part most applicants get wrong.
- An electrical trade qualification, or an equivalent site leadership track record
- Able to be on site in Brisbane, full time

- $140,000 to $170,000 depending on experience
