We are looking for a highly motivated and capable full-time Customer Support Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our community. This is a diverse and dynamic role. As the first point of contact from any of our clients and staff, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Handling daily office tasks and documentation.
- Data Entry & Systems: Maintaining accurate records and managing portal submissions.
- Operations: Providing ongoing assistance to our valued clients and dedicated support staff. Coordinating staff and client rostering to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Support: Assisting with the invoicing and payroll processes.
- After-Hours Support: Participating in a monthly rotating on-call roster to manage after-hours emergencies.
About You
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Proven Experience and Professionalism: Previous experience in an administration role is essential. High-level communication and people skills, with an abundance of common sense.
- Core Competencies: A strong work ethic, the ability to use your initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with care.
Preferred (But Not Essential)
- Previous experience within the home care or community services industry.
- Experience with rostering systems.
- Proficiency in Xero or familiarity with industry-specific care portals and management software.
