ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Birtinya, Queensland OR Kyneton, Victoria
Your main role will be to deliver the Treasury functions for the KGF Australia Group and contributing to the achievement of overall business outcomes by supporting the Global Treasury Manager. This will be achieved through:
- Effective short and medium-term cash management ensuring available funds in support of working capital requirements.
- Management of business risk mainly from FX exposure due to export sales.
- Providing the business with insight into financial markets that have the potential of impact on KGF, due to specific foreign currency movements.
- Assisting with the implementation of a Treasury Management System.
ABOUT YOU
You will bring with you:
- Experience working within a Treasury role.
- You will be degree qualified in Accounting and or Economics or similar degree qualified.
- Effective communication; both written & verbal.
- Understanding of financial markets and IR / FX hedging solutions.
- FX hedge accounting & financial reporting.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Financial modelling and data analysis.
- Strong Excel modelling skills.
- Power BI or other numerical report writing programs.
