About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation and powder coating of steel and aluminium fabricated components, ensuring high-quality finishes and maintaining workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface preparation of steel and aluminium fabricated components
- Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment
- Inspecting and ensuring the quality of completed jobs
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Monitoring stock levels of powder and consumables
Skills & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Valid driver's licence
- Must hold a full car licence
- Minimum 1+ years of powder coating experience required
- Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
Non-smoker and willing to undergo drug testing if required
Ability to successfully pass a police check
