About the role
We are looking for experienced servers to join our front-of-house team at Casa Nova Green Hills.You will look after your own section, deliver professional table service and help create a relaxed, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Taking food and beverage orders and entering them accurately into our POS
- Running food and drinks, checking back on tables and managing your section
- Handling payments and closing checks accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised floor, including reset of tables between services
- Working closely with the bar and kitchen to ensure smooth service
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a server / section waiter in a busy, full‑service restaurant
- Confident carrying plates and trays, and managing multiple tables at once
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability across nights and weekends (including some public holidays)
- Valid NSW RSA (or willingness to obtain before starting, if required by roster)
Hours and pay
- Casual shifts with consistent hours available for the right people
- Mix of lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends, based on roster
- Pay in line with the Restaurant Industry Award, with higher rates on evenings, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $32.31 – $48.00 per hour
