Reservations Assistant – Pellegrino 2000, Clam Bar, Neptune's Grotto & Grandfather's
The hospitality team behind Pellegrino 2000, Clam Bar, Neptune's Grotto and Grandfather's are seeking a Reservations Agent to support our growing group of restaurants!
About the Role:
- Starting Hours: Approx. 28-30 hours per week (casual hourly rate)
- Potential: Opportunity for more hours as the groups expands, and the potential to work within venues pending experience
- Initial Schedule in Darlinghurst office:
- Wednesday 2:30 - 7:30 pm
- Thursday 4:00 - 8:00 pm
- Friday/Saturday 11:45 am - 8:15 pm
- Sunday 3:30 - 7:30 pm
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservations Assistant to join our team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - managing reservations, handling special requests, and helping create seamless dining experiences across our award-winning venues.
What You’ll Do
- Manage guest bookings across multiple venues using OpenTable
- Communicate with guests via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Handle VIP reservations and special occasions with care
- Keep accurate reservation and scheduling records
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or SevenRooms is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident managing multiple venues and guest requests
- A proactive, detail-focused attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
