Vertical Brand Area Manager | Nude Lucy & Stylerunner
We're looking for an inspiring retail leader to oversee a portfolio of 8 stores across two of Accent Group's most exciting brands – Nude Lucy and Stylerunner.
This newly created role is focused on creating exceptional customer experiences, finding opportunities for growth in our business’s, and developing high-performing teams that bring each brand to life. You will play a key role in ensuring every store delivers a welcoming, inspiring and customer-focused environment while driving strong commercial results across the region.
The Role
As Vertical Brand Area Manager, you'll lead and support a network of Store Managers across both brands, creating a culture where customers are at the centre of every decision. To do this, you will find operational efficiencies, allowing team maximum time to spend styling and connecting to our customer.
You'll work closely with Retail Operations, VM and Planning teams to ensure stores consistently deliver outstanding presentation, profitability through close management of your KPI’s and provide product feedback to maximize sales opportunities. Through coaching and leadership, you'll empower teams to build genuine customer connections that drive loyalty, engagement and business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across 8 locations to build engaged and high-performing store teams
- Create a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service and meaningful customer connections tailored to each individual brand
- Drive sales performance, profitability and key business KPIs through a strong results driven leadership
- Close management of rostering, expenditure and attention to detail across all GP impacts
- Recruit and train well supported teams through identifying exceptional candidates for each individual brand and bringing them into the team.
- Execute individual Retail & VM directives while understanding the unique personalities of each brand.
- Ensure every store consistently reflects the highest standards of presentation, visual merchandising and brand excellence
- Partner with Store Managers to identify opportunities within their business for sales growth within product and service
- Maintain operational excellence across compliance, stock management, safety and store processes
About You
- Proven success in multi-site retail leadership with a strong understanding of brand identity
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing people
- Strong understanding of how store presentation and team engagement drive commercial success
- Commercially astute with experience leading performance against sales and KPI targets
- An inspiring coach who builds capability, accountability and confidence in others
- Highly organised with excellent communication and an eye for detail in managing GP through roster management.
- Adaptable, hands-on and leads from the floor.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
