The Position
An opportunity is now available for a Factory Hand to join the team on a full time basis.
No experience required, full training will be provided!
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Product Assembly of a wide array of products.
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and in a timely manner whilst maintaining product integrity
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Warehouse safety, cleaning, organisation and efficiency
- Manual handling, this is a physically demanding role, so requires someone who can comfortably lift up to 20 kilograms
- Embracing the Company values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
- You will also complete other tasks from time to time to meet the operational needs of the business
Above all, you will have a commitment to identifying continual improvement opportunities

As the successful applicant for the role, you will have;
- We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a flexible, professional, and positive “Can Do” attitude towards work
- Physically fit - this role includes some heavy lifting, repetitive movement, and standing on your feet all day
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, efficient with the ability to work well individually and within a team
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality
