We are looking for an experienced and confident Diploma-qualified Room Leader to lead our Toddler Room.
About the Role

Lead and mentor a team of educators

Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance are maintained
Essential Requirements
-
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
-
Current Working with Children Check
-
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Certificate III Educator (Part-Time)
We are also seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to support our team on a part-time basis.
