The Role
This a 12 month contract role, acting as a business partner collaborating on Transformation & Projects to land the people and HR side of change across EBOS Group. This role sits close to the work that matters — partnering with the Transformation Office, corporate leaders and People & Culture as EBOS Group continues to evolve how we operate, organise and deliver across a complex, growing business.
Reporting to the Senior People Transformation Lead (HR), this role will provide hands-on program partnership across key organisational transformation and people-impact activity, helping translate the broader OD agenda into practical, well-managed people plans. You’ll be involved in transformation work that has real people impact — from organisation design implementation to supporting transition and the delivery of retention, impact and change management strategies. You will have a role in embedding capability uplift and ensuring ways of working and role clarity support an integrated future organisation, where on and offshore teams are working seamlessly together as one team.
It’s a role for a pragmatic HRBP or people prograram lead who likes being in the engine room of change: close enough to the detail to make things happen, but commercially sharp enough to see the bigger picture and help leaders make good decisions at pace.
What you’ll work on
You won’t be operating from the sidelines. You’ll help leaders work through what change means for their teams, how to bring people with them, and how to keep momentum while managing risk, compliance and employee experience.
Support transformation project delivery and transition planning.
Contribute to organisation design and workforce transition activity.
Partner on offshoring and onshore people-impact work.
Build clear, readiness plans and stakeholder engagement approaches.
Provide practical HRBP generalist and project support across the business as priorities shift and new project needs emerge.
Manage people impacts within employment legislative guidelines and EBOS standards.
Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organisation.
What will make you successful
You’ll bring 10+ years of solid HR and People business partnering experience in a complex corporate or matrix environment, with exposure to transformation, organisational change, employee relations, offshoring or BPO workforce transition.
Success in this role will come from being practical, credible and comfortable working close to the detail while helping leaders make clear people decisions at pace.
Experience supporting transformation or change from an HR perspective, organisational design, consultation or workforce transition activity with real people impact.
Sound employee relations judgement, with the ability to balance compliance, risk, commercial priorities and employee experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the confidence to coach and guide people leaders through sensitive or ambiguous change.
The ability to translate broad transformation objectives into practical people plans, actions and communications.
A collaborative, resilient and low-ego style, with the maturity to work across a complex and evolving business, to pivot when required and to take the initiative to act without direction.
Why this role
For an experienced HR professional with a strong transformation and change background, this is an opportunity to work close to meaningful enterprise change while supporting the Senior People Transformation Lead to turn strategy into practical, credible and well-managed people outcomes. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, complex transformation activity and work that has real people impact — without carrying the full accountability for the broader transformation agenda.
