The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and data-driven Data Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms that power analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Build and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Integrate and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, reliability, and consistency across systems.
- Optimize database performance, storage, and query efficiency.
- Develop data models to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflow performance.
- Collaborate with analysts, software engineers, and machine learning teams to deliver data solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, data architecture, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale data platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with modern data technologies such as:
- Apache Spark
- Databricks
- Snowflake
- Airflow
- dbt
- Kafka
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
