Sous Chef – Flying Colours Bar
Flying Colours Bar is seeking a reliable and motivated Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality food service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and service
- Support menu preparation and food quality standards
- Supervise and work alongside kitchen staff during service
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Support rostering, training, and team development as required
About You:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
