About ATOM
ATOM is seeking a Terminal Operator to join our Port Hedland team on 8 days on, 6 days off roster (no night shifts). This hands on operations role is responsible for supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the fuel rail cart loading activities, ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and compliance.
ATOM specialises in managing and operating bulk fuel terminals across Australia for our customers, with services ranging from storage and handling of bulk liquid fuels to maintenance and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across terminal operations
- Deliver on rail car filling schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor terminal operations to ensure safe, reliable and compliant performance
- Identify hazards, manage risks and implement corrective actions
- Support rail operations planning and manage operational variations
- Assist with product receipt, storage and distribution activities
- Maintain operational documentation, procedures and work instructions
About You
- Experience in high risk, high compliance, industrial environment
- Strong commitment to working safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to support operational requirements and shift work
