An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished Transformation Delivery Lead / Senior Change & Transformation Lead to join a high-profile, large scale transformation program delivering significant business, technology and data change across a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
This role will suit an experienced transformation leader who thrives on driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption and benefits realisation for enterprise-wide initiatives.
Working closely with executive leaders, technology teams and business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring new capabilities are successfully embedded, adopted and transitioned into sustainable operational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the program-wide operational readiness strategy.
- Drive organisational adoption and stakeholder commitment across diverse business and technical environments.
- Lead change management and transformation activities to support successful implementation of new capabilities.
- Establish and oversee benefits realisation frameworks and reporting.
- Ensure readiness across people, process, technology and data domains.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, delivery partners and external stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities and manage competing priorities across multiple groups.
- Provide strategic guidance and reporting to support governance and executive decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a small transformation and readiness team.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in senior transformation, change management or operational readiness leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale ICT, digital and data transformation programs.
- Strong experience managing organisational change across complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven expertise in operational readiness, change management, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working with multiple delivery partners and service providers.
- Ability to navigate complex governance, compliance and reporting environments.
- Strong leadership capability with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Relevant project management and/or change management qualifications.
