Mima Pizzeria is an Italian restaurant located in Dianella, serving authentic Italian cuisine in a vibrant and welcoming restaurant setting. We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Cook to join our kitchen team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with recipes and food safety standards
- Assist with menu preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
About you
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Cook
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
- Experience with Italian cuisine is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
Salary: 75,000–82,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
