Clinical care - medication rounds, wounds care etc.

Liaising with visiting GP's and allied health providers

Lead and supervise as required Carers (with some personal care duties with the team where required)

Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills

Bachelor of Nursing

Computer and documentation skills
-
Demonstrated practice of Hygiene and Safety practices in aged care
-
Current police check
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:

Work experience of 2 years in Age Care.

A good understanding of the Aged Care Standards, accreditation and ACFI requirements
-
An understanding of continuous improvement and OH&S
