About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our small, close-knit team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in asset management to build their skills and develop their career with CFA.

As the Asset Data Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely capture, verification and maintenance of our Enterprise Asset Management master data. You will ensure data integrity by transferring and validating information from a range of sources, supporting efficient operations and reliable reporting. Working closely with Asset Planning, Fleet, Land and Building and Business Intellignece teams, you will help ensure data submission processes and requirements are consistently met.

About you
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and administrative experience, excellent attention to detail and confidence using databases, spreadsheets and enterprise systems. Advanced Excel skills will be required and experience using SAP4HANA (Enterprise Asset Management module) will be highly regarded.
You will be able to collect, analyse and interpret data, maintain data integrity and communicate information clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work proactively, prioritise tasks with minimal supervision, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify and resolve issues appropriately.
