Adaptalift Group has recently been appointed as a major national dealer for JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment in Australia, combining our extensive national service network with JCB’s globally recognised product range to maximise machine uptime and deliver industry-leading support to customers across the country.
As part of the continued growth of our JCB division, we have an exciting opportunity for a
JCB Major Accounts Service Advisor to join our Product Support team based at our
brand-new purpose-built Truganina facility. This important role will act as the primary point of contact for our national major account customers, coordinating service activities, managing customer relationships and ensuring a seamless end-to-end service experience.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Act as the primary point of contact for national major account customers regarding service and maintenance enquiries
- Coordinate scheduled servicing, breakdowns and repairs across our national branch network
- Provide regular updates to customers on job progress, technician attendance and repair status
- Raise and manage service jobs, quotations and invoices through
- Identify service revenue opportunities and convert repair recommendations into approved quotations
- Review service data and provide customers with proactive fleet management recommendations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, Account Management or Customer Service role
- Experience preparing service quotations, managing invoicing and following up customer approvals
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple jobs and coordinate service activities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM, ERP or service management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within the forklift, construction, agricultural, automotive, materials handling or industrial equipment industry will be highly regarded
- A strong attention to detail
