As the Talent Acquisition Lead – Projects, you’ll lead a team to deliver on high impact recruitment initiatives that drive transformation and capability uplift across eHealth NSW and the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Implementation Authority.
In this project focused lead role, you will deliver strategic recruitment solutions, provide expert policy advice, lead continuous improvement, and organisational change initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and service delivery.
This is a unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional who is looking to deliver exciting Talent initiatives and projects in a complex and evolving environment.
Your strong knowledge and experience across talent acquisition and sourcing, human resources, projects, and organisational change within a large and complex environment will see you succeed in this role.

- You have strong communication skills and can partner well with stakeholders across all levels.
