Wood is seeking expressions of interest for a Turnaround Planning Superintendent with Power Industry experience to work in central Queensland for a potential start in February 2027.
The Turnaround Planning Superintendent will provide leadership to the workforce and on-site teams whilst building strong relationships with the client and delivering against contract KPI’s and business objectives whilst driving continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a key Turnaround, including the performance of the team to deliver support enabling the effective delivery of work for the contract. Your role will be responsible for assuring that our work processes and structure are aligned to best practice to achieve our business outcomes and continuous improvement.

What makes you remarkable?
- Relevant experience and knowledge in a similar / equivalent role
- Proven experience working on Turnarounds, specifically with mechanical type contracts
- Major Hazard Facility or Oil and Gas experience preferred, ideally with some exposure to working in remote locations.
