Job Description:
- General construction and maintenance work;
- Building refurbishments and renovations
- Insurance woks reinstatement
- Bathroom renovations;
- Carpentry, kitchen renovation and installation;
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Solid post qualifications project experience min 5 years (Copy off all your qualifications to be included in your resume);
- Residential experience;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Current Driver's License and valid white card essential HR licence will be an advantage
- Own tools and transport - reliable;
- Other tickets (e.g. EWP, HR Licence) will be an advantage but not mandatory;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Keen eye for detail;
- Take full pride in your work;
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety systems;
- You need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
