About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People & Governance team as a Business Administration Trainee.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent school leaver, someone returning to the workforce, or an individual looking to make a career change. As a trainee, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across a range of People & Governance functions while working in a supportive and friendly team environment. You will also be supported to complete a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, combining practical workplace experience with formal study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the People & Governance team.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, training sessions, and team events.
- Communicate professionally with employees, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining information systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
Undertake a variety of administrative tasks as required while developing new skills and knowledge.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be willing to enrol in and complete a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration.
- Have strong organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have good attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Have an interest in developing a career in administration, human resources, governance, or a related field.
