- Lead end to-end Project delivery - take ownership of complex commercial projects from initiation through to execution, including planning, procurement, governance and executive decision-making.

About the role
The Manager - Commercial Agreements (remediation project) is responsible for leading a critical project to address a suite of expired agreements across the commercial portfolio. This project will enhance Parks Victoria's commercial outcomes, improve tenant relationships and address risks, while aligning with the organisation's environmental, cultural and community values.
Coordinating across all areas of the organisation, the role will ensure timely, consistent, and respectful engagement with commercial agreement holders, reinforcing Parks Victoria's reputation as a competent and considerate public land manager.
The position requires strong project management expertise and service delivery leadership, with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues involving legal, political, and cross-government stakeholders.
Working closely with colleagues across the Commercial Directorate, regional operations, Traditional Owners and external stakeholders, the position will ensure that the project is delivered within robust governance frameworks and achieve mutual benefit for Parks Victoria, its partners and the Victorian community.
About the Team
The Strategy, Planning and Programs Division comprises key centers of expertise that support the place-based management and operations in parks, reserves, and designated local ports and waterways within Parks Victoria's diverse estate.
We're looking for someone with:

Significant experience developing and coordinating commercial/contract administration, property documentation or regulated approvals within government, not-for-profit or corporate sectors.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, property, law, economics or a related discipline.

Knowledge of financial modelling and risk assessment processes.

Proven ability to lead or coordinate complex projects and provide specialist advice.
