Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role
As a Carpenter, you will perform structural and finishing carpentry across residential, commercial, civil & residential construction projects. Working alongside experienced supervisors and tradespeople, you will deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain concrete, timber and steel building structures.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber framing and structural components.
- Construct and dismantle timber and engineered formwork systems for concrete structures, including but not limited to walls, columns, suspended off-form slabs, bondek slabs, concrete seating, retaining walls pits, cellars & lift shafts.
- Install formwork
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
- Carry out site set-out and measurements.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades.
- Maintain a safe and compliant worksite.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC, and WHS requirements.
About You
- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum one year of relevant post-qualification carpentry experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or civil construction.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of Australian building practices.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver Licence (preferred).
