K-Drill is seeking a committed and experienced HSE Advisor to join our Safety team in a full-time, field-based position. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical knowledge and leadership to the forefront, coaching and mentoring front-line teams across our sites.

What you’ll be doing:
Ensure alignment with the K-Drill HSE Management System through on-site coaching and mentoring
Facilitate and support incident investigations and drive the implementation of corrective actions
Promote health and safety practices, analyse hazards, and verify the effectiveness of control measures
Deliver Toolbox Talks and assist in the roll-out of K-Drill Safety Training Programs
Attend Pre-Shift Instruction (PSI) meetings and lead by example in the field
What you’ll need to succeed:
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
Certificate IV in Trainer and Assessor
Experience in underground and / or surface drilling environments
Previous experience in a similar HSE Advisory role
High-level computer literacy – especially with the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using SiteDocs or similar safety management software
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and remotely
