A Hotel Asset Manager oversees the financial and operational performance of hotel assets, working closely with hotel operators and property owners to maximize profitability, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the long-term value of each property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor hotel financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and return on investment.
- Review annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
- Coordinate with hotel operators, owners, and investors.
- Evaluate management agreements and ensure contractual compliance.
- Identify opportunities for renovations, repositioning, or operational improvements.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure assets comply with regulatory, brand, and operational standards.
