About the Role
The Manager, Integrated Health Services provides strategic leadership and coordination across a broad portfolio of culturally safe, community-informed, and Aboriginal-led health programs, including Early Years, Maternal and Child Health, Nursing, Midwifery, Allied Health, Chronic Care, Health Promotion, and Reception services.
This role leads a multidisciplinary team, providing supervision, clinical governance, and direction to ensure high-quality, culturally safe service delivery. It also oversees referral triage and coordination for Allied Health and visiting specialist services, ensuring timely and appropriate access to care that respects Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing.
About You
You are an experienced and values-driven leader with a strong background in health or early years services. You bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Management, Health, Early Years, or Nursing
- Demonstrated leadership experience within Aboriginal community contexts, including experience working in the Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) sector and/or with Aboriginal communities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Closing the Gap Priority reforms and their application within Aboriginal community and ACCO settings.
- Current professional registration where applicable (e.g., AHPRA)
- Strong knowledge of maternal and child health, family support, and public health programs
- Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making capability, with a commitment to culturally responsive, client-centred outcomes

- Salary packaging of $15,900 available for Part- or Full-time employees.
