The Role

Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets, with an expectation of delivering a high volume of new vehicles each month.

Delivering a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Developing and maintaining your own customer database through proactive prospecting and exceptional customer service.

Working collaboratively with Sales Managers, Business Managers and the wider dealership team to achieve shared success.

Maintaining exceptional product knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz range.

Embracing change and adapting quickly to new systems, processes and business initiatives.

About You
You are already one of the industry's top performers.

A proven track record of outstanding new vehicle sales performance.

The ability to consistently sell and deliver high volumes of new vehicles per month.

Strong prospecting skills and the ability to generate your own opportunities.

An established customer database or the ability to quickly build one.

Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
