About the role
The Richmond Network including Lismore Base, Ballina District & Casino Hospitals are seeking a qualified specialist in Geriatric Medicine to provide contemporary comprehensive Specialist Geriatrician services at the primary facility and other facilities where applicable for optimal patient outcomes delivering a healthy community through quality care. The successful applicant will also provide clinical leadership, participate in quality improvement activities and provide training and education to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.
Lismore Base Hospital is a regional referral, Level 5 base hospital providing a wide range of health services to residents in Northern NSW.
