Taction AI Technology is leading technical company specializing in R&D of AI products. We are dedicated to the seamless integration of AI Brain Platform with advanced technology stack. The products include Software System, Soft-hardware integrated AI products, and tailored Enterprise R&D of LLM-based AI Solutions. The proprietary Embodied AI Robot is a advanced soft-hardware service robot which will perform complex tasks including Reception, Customer Service, Smart Guidance, Goods Delivery, Service Routing and Service Processing etc and be applied across hotels, shopping centers as well as all the service halls . AI call agent provides the enterprise with software solutions combined smart call response with intelligent task routing to achieve fully automated processing and comprehensive digital management. Products include but are not limited to the robot purchase/leasing, AI call agent subscriptions as well as customized Enterprise R&D LLM-based AI Solutions.
Due to rapid growth of the business, we are seeking a professional Senior Sales Consultant who is familiar with the Australian market to explore the local market independently and drive sales of AI Products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding capabilities of business development, establish a high-quality client base, expand the company's business footprint and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion Explore the Australian market, identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, furthermore, formulate local marketing strategies to expand the sales in Australia.
AI Products Sales Focus on the local Hotels ,Shopping Centers as well as all the Service Halls to promote the sales of Embodied AI Robots and AI Call agent.
LLM-based AI Solutions Subscription: Comprehensively analyze customer business needs(cost optimization/efficiency improvement/ service routing etc, collaborate closely with R&D team to deliver customized Enterprise R&D of LLM-based AI Solutions .
Complex Sales Management Lead full-cycle sales independently including client needs discovery, product demonstration, solution proposal, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and payment collection to ensuring successful deal closure.
Sales Network Development Build and nurture strong relationships with target clients, expand and manage partnerships and establish a robust sales network.
Sales and Marketing Insights Explore prospects of AI robot, monitor market trends and industry development, identify customer potential needs and provide data-driven support for product improvement.
Core Requirements
Business Development Skills Familiar with Australian market, with the ability to explore the local market independently and manage key enterprise accounts.
B2B/Saas Selling Experience Proven track record of 5+ years experience in the Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, enterprise AI applications, cloud computing or digital transformation products as well as B2B/Saas sales
Local Network Well-established connections within the local hotel, retail/shopping centre, and related commercial venue sectors are highly preferred.
Knowledge Background Deep understanding of the AI domain and familiarity with artificial intelligence disciplines. Ability to accurately articulate AI-related technical terminology, calculate Return on Investment (ROI), and ideally has completed formal education or training in AI or related fields.
Technical Acumen Proven ability to translate complex AI software systems into tangible commercial value, and master the core selling points of products.
Work Authorization Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR) is strongly preferred.
What We Offer
Base salary of AUD $60,000 + Commission + Superannuation
3-month probationary period and 3-year contract offered upon performance
