About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Motel Manager to join our friendly team at a well-established regional motel in Narrandera, NSW. This is a hands-on management position suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, and leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily motel operations
- Guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handling reservations and phone enquiries
- Supervising housekeeping staff
- Inspecting rooms to ensure quality standards
- Responding to guest requests and reviews
- Managing cash, EFTPOS, and daily reports
- Coordinating basic maintenance requirements
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous motel, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
