INNOWOOD is an Australian brand dedicated to environmental protection through the development and design of innovative composite wood products that are a sustainable alternative to natural timber products.
The Role is to provide ICT support to our software programs and hardware equipment including, but not limited to
· Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems and find solutions
· Adapting existing programs to meet business requirements
· Installing, up-grade, close and downloading appropriate softwares
· Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
· Implementing computer networks
· Designing and maintaining websites
· Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
· Assist all staff with ICT enquires, training and operation
· Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests with professionalism and efficiency
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipment.
· Support users with software installations, account access, password resets, and connectivity issues
· Assist with software deployment, updates, and configuration across supported platforms
· Provide basic support for network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and user account management
· Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly
· Prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
The qualification requirements of the role:
- Australian tertiary education in information technology
- At least 12 months of experience in the same or similar role
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS
- Networking knowledge and experience with cloud-based systems (e.g. Microsoft 365)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
· Experience in an IT help desk or technical support role,
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and common business software and applications
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
· Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
· A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
