We're looking for a motivated Assistant Finance Officer to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience across accounts payable, commission payments, online banking and process improvement initiatives.
About the Role
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to develop their finance and accounting skills within a supportive, high-performing team.
Working closely with our Finance Officers, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with obtaining invoice approvals and processing invoices
- Maintain accurate records within the accounting system
- Support online banking payment processes
- Assist with commission payment calculations and processing
- Help develop and document new finance processes, including credit card procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline finance administration tasks
- Provide general support to the Finance team as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is curious, organised and ready to learn.
You'll bring:

At least 12 months' experience in a finance administration or office-based finance role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership
- A genuine interest in building a career in Finance or Accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
