The Opportunity
We're looking for a Digital Systems Lead to join our HSEQ team on a fixed-term project, leading the implementation and configuration of our new safety management platform - Donesafe.
Working closely with the HSEQ Systems Manager, operational leaders and the Donesafe vendor, you'll help translate existing safety processes into an intuitive, efficient digital environment that supports our teams across Australia.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in digital systems, workflow administration or business applications who enjoys process improvement, stakeholder collaboration and delivering meaningful technology outcomes.
How You'll Make a Difference
Lead the configuration and implementation of BildGroup's Donesafe platform
Map existing HSEQ processes and translate them into practical digital workflows
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to understand business requirements and improve user experience
Work closely with the software vendor throughout configuration, testing and implementation
Coordinate user testing, identify improvements and resolve system issues
Develop training materials and deliver engaging system training to employees
Monitor project milestones, proactively manage risks and keep implementation on track
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and support future digital initiatives
What You'll Bring to the Team
Experience administering or configuring digital business systems, workflow platforms or enterprise applications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to deadlines
Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams
Excellent communication skills with confidence working across technical and operational teams
Strong attention to detail and process documentation skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and solving problems
Experience with safety management systems, software implementation projects or construction environments will be highly regarded
