We are a family-owned site cleaning business looking for an experienced and reliable Crane Operator / HR Truck Driver to join our growing team.
We work across residential construction sites, providing site cleaning services and keeping building sites clear and organised. A major part of this role involves operating our crane truck to collect and remove cage liners filled with building waste and rubbish from construction sites.
You’ll be travelling between job sites throughout the day, completing cage liner pickups and working alongside our site-cleaning team, bobcat operators and trucks.

Requirements:
- Current HR Licence
- Crane operating experience is a MUST
- Experience operating/driving crane trucks
- Construction or site-cleaning experience is highly regarded
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to get to our Bacchus Marsh yard each morning
- Comfortable working around active construction sites
- Able to work independently and manage your daily pickups
- Take pride in looking after the truck, crane and equipment
