This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Womenswear Designer to join an iconic Australian retailer on an ambitious journey of transformation.
With significant investment in product, people and design, we're looking for someone who is passionate about elevating the customer offer and challenging what high street fashion can be. This is your chance to be part of a business that's embracing true design, creating beautifully considered collections and disrupting the traditional retail landscape.
Working alongside an experienced Design and Buying team, you'll travel internationally to research emerging fashion, identify global trends and translate them into commercially relevant collections that inspire Australian customers.

What you'll be doing
- Research global fashion trends through international shopping and market research trips.
- Translate overseas inspiration into commercially successful collections for the Australian customer.
- Design trend-led product across multiple womenswear categories.
- Drive innovation across silhouette, fabrication, colour and print direction.
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Product Development and offshore suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute fresh thinking and creative ideas that continue to elevate the overall brand aesthetic.
- Help shape a design culture focused on innovation, creativity and commercial success.
About you You'll be a passionate Womenswear Designer with a strong eye for emerging fashion and a genuine love of creating product that customers want to wear.
You'll also bring:
- Experience designing within a retail or fashion environment.
- Strong understanding of trend forecasting and global fashion influences.
- Exceptional colour, print and silhouette development skills.
- Confidence presenting seasonal concepts and design direction.
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills and technical knowledge.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for challenging the status quo.
