About The Role
At Gold Coast BMW, we are looking for a friendly, professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in being organised, proactive and personable.
In this role you will:

Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression

Coordinate the daily Driveway Service/ Showroom traffic flow and manage customer appointments efficiently liaising/assisting the Service Advisors and Reception staff

Coordinate Service vehicle collection, and courtesy car arrangements.

Liaise with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experience

Manage concierge desk duties and maintain an appropriate visual clean and tidy first impression for customers upon arrival
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

A genuine passion for delivering premium customer service

Previous experience in hospitality, concierge or front desk roles (automotive experience desirable but not essential)

Impeccable personal presentation and professional communication skills

Friendly, energetic and proactive personality
-
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver’s license

A valid visa with entitlement to work and live in Australia.
