Venue General Manager – Multiple Sydney Locations Available

Yo-Chi is growing, and we're investing in additional senior leadership across our Sydney venues. We're looking for Venue General Managers to join the team, supporting some of our busiest locations including Chippendale, Newtown and Circular Quay!
This is a newly created role that works alongside our existing Venue Leader and Assistant Venue Leader structure within a single venue. As a Venue General Manager, you'll provide an additional layer of leadership, coaching and operational excellence, helping to develop leaders, strengthen culture and elevate overall venue performance.

What You'll Be Doing: Leading and developing your team

Ensuring excellence in operations, compliance, presentation and service standards

What We're Looking For: Experience leading high volume hospitality, retail or customer-facing operations
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing labour, COGS and P&L performance
A proven track record of developing leaders and building engaged teams
Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being part of the action
A positive, energetic leadership style that aligns with the Yo-Chi culture
A genuine passion for people, customer experience and operational excellence
