my2020 is a growing independent optometry practice and premium eyewear destination in Brisbane, with store locations in Sunnybank, Toowong and Yeerongpilly.
We provide professional, personalised and warm eye care experiences to our diverse community. We are seeking an Optical Dispenser / Retail Sales Consultant to join our Sunnybank and Toowong teams.
You will deliver warm, consultative service to help patients clearly understand their eyewear options , ensuring they feel confident in their choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in fluent English
- Recommend suitable frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle needs
- Guide customers through the full journey: selection, measurements and collection
- Perform basic optical measurements and ensure order accuracy (training provided)
- Assist with appointments, payments and day-to-day store operations
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage
- Previous experience in optical dispensing or retail sales is strongly preferred

Pay: $25.00 – $39.00 per hour
