About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the appointment book
- Helping patients schedule and retain appointments
- Coordinating patient treatment plans
- Handling enquiries and phone calls
- Supporting daily practice operations
- Working closely with clinicians to deliver a great patient experience
