Experienced Waitstaff – Sittano's Bar and Restaurant
We are looking for experienced waitstaff to join our team at Sittano's Bar and Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy restaurant environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently during fast-paced service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks in a professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
- Assisting guests with menu recommendations and dietary requirements
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Processing EFTPOS and cash payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Working closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous restaurant waitstaff experience is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Current NSW RSA Certificate preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
